The police explained that Wednesday (10/31/2018) at 3:04 a.m., the Singapore coast guard patrol boat detected a group of canoes who had illegally entered and taken fish in the waters of Singapore (STW) south of St. John and the Singapore coast guard patrol boat then chased.Diane Marzuki (28), a fisherman from Batam, suffered a broken leg, the boat was damaged and almost drowned while fishing in the border region between Indonesia and Singapore.

According to a friend of the victim who helped and rescued Dian Marzuki while having an accident, the victim fell into the sea after being rammed by Singapore patrol boat. It is unclear that who is to blame but we immediately know who does what.
